Michael Eitler
Mike brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across private and public companies, serving as a COO, CFO, CPA, entrepreneur, board member, and consultant. His career spans startup and middle market organizations across construction, manufacturing, fabrication, and service industries, as well as early stage, high growth, multi state, acquisitive, and distressed environments. Mike has worked extensively with private equity and family office sponsored businesses, including complex roll ups and transitional periods.
Throughout his career, Mike has guided organizations through pivotal moments, including preparing for sale, recapitalizations, private placements, and other liquidity or transition events. He is equally focused on building strong teams, developing leadership, and coaching professionals through change. Clients value his steady perspective, practical judgment, and ability to bring clarity to situations that often feel complex or uncertain.
