Our Team
Jorjio Hopkins
Jorjio leads the alternatives platform at Compound Wealth, bringing a disciplined, client-focused perspective shaped by military service and institutional real estate investing. He began his career in the United States Marine Corps, serving eight years as a logistics officer and leaving active duty as a Captain.
Following his transition from the Marines, Jorjio pursued graduate studies in real estate and entered the real estate private equity industry. Over more than five years with a national real estate private equity firm, he played an active role across acquisitions, underwriting, due diligence, capital formation, and transaction execution. His experience includes direct involvement in hundreds of millions of dollars of completed transactions, underwriting several billion dollars in deal flow, and raising more than $80 million in equity.
Additionally, Jorjio co-founded Cordon Housing, a nonprofit dedicated to developing quality, affordable housing for military veterans. Since launching in 2023, the organization has advanced projects across multiple states, representing approximately $90 million in development and serving more than 150 veteran families nationwide.
