Erik Nyffeler
Born and raised in East Troy, Wisconsin, he began his career at just 15 years old working in a CPA firm, gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding of accounting principles. He graduated from Marquette University in 2015 with dual majors in Accounting and Information Technology.
After college, he relocated to Oregon, where he became a Controller in a rapidly growing industry. In this role, he implemented strong financial controls, streamlined reporting processes, and helped establish operational procedures to support sustainable growth. Working in a dynamic environment, he developed a reputation for thinking on his feet and creating innovative, practical solutions to complex challenges.
Through strategic financial leadership and operational improvements, he played a key role in helping the company recover from severe financial difficulties, transforming it from the brink of bankruptcy into a business with healthy cash flow with a sight for expansion.
Afterward, he launched his own consulting business, specializing in resolving ERP system challenges from an accounting and process perspective. His work included cleaning up accrual accounts, reconciling bank statements, correcting VAT tax returns, and designing streamlined workflows to improve future financial operations.
